Before we can recommend a solution to help you operate your business more effectively, we need to understand your needs – what is currently working well, what has room for improvement. Once our relationship with you has progressed to the point that you’re ready to review solutions we feel would benefit your company, we will visit with you again, to provide a hands-on demo of the recommended package. This will be your opportunity to ask questions, and perform some real-life scenarios to determine how well the solution suits your specific needs.

When you are ready to take the next step, agreeing to implement a solution, we will very clearly communicate all aspects of the planning and implementation process, and be accountable every step of the way. TSI will work closely with your company “champion” and his or her team to outline the responsibilities of all parties involved, in a way that can be easily measured throughout the implementation process.

Whether your company is brand-new to a system, or data conversion/migration will be needed, TSI is ready with the staff and knowledge required for a smooth implementation.  

Proper training is every bit as important as the solution itself.  Without it, there would be no point in making the investment in the first place. It is vital that every user be thoroughly educated, not only when the software is first implemented, but on an ongoing basis as the products are upgraded. We also offer frequent opportunities for new employees to receive the same professional training, to shorten their learning curve, and to avoid the consequence of “brain drain” that naturally occurs when the person they are replacing has left the company.

  • Ongoing Support

TSI offers many levels of top-notch support either as part of a maintenance plan or on a measured basis.  We will gladly discuss your options with you, to help meet the specific needs of your company. Support is offered at your convenience via phone and/or remote via desktop streaming, or on-site at your place or ours.
